As the world becomes more unsettled, the landscapes captured by artists gain relevance as bastions of stability or statements of upheaval.
This year we feature the work of Daniel Chen, Holly Greenberg, Ronnie Genotti, Christina Kent, Jon Leafstedt, Moeko Machida, Tom O’Brien, and Brian Sindler. Each of these artists regards the world around us in surprisingly different ways, their varying interpretations of terra firma a reminder that for us humans, Earth is a fascinating, inspiring scene that we view through the lens of our relative impermanence, imbuing this fascinating, watery orb of ours with a reverent, spiritual energy and a belief that even if it is not us, something good – something beautiful – can and will endure.
